Account deletion

Delete your CollApp account

This removes your account and personal data from CollApp. You don't need the app installed — enter the email and password you sign in with and we'll verify them here.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, photos, and contact details
  • Your social media connections
  • Your voice clone and avatar, where applicable
  • Your messages and chat history

What is retained

  • Records of past transactions, as required for accounting and tax
  • These are unlinked from your name and contact details

This cannot be undone after 30 days

Your account is closed immediately and permanently deleted 30 days later. During those 30 days you can restore it by signing in to the CollApp app. After that, deletion is final.
